 Re-Opening Guidelines

As much as we have missed you and are looking forward to welcoming you back, we must continue to use safety precautions. These are to protect you, ourselves and all of our clients.

We have put health and safety measures in place to ensure that we are doing our best to keep you safe.

The following requirements are needed to carry out your hair appointment and unfortunately, if these are not followed your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

A face mask with ear loops will need to be worn by you at all times during your appointment. (Can be provided for a small charge)

If you travel to us:

*On arrival, you will be asked to wash or sanitise your hands.

*Your temperature may also be taken.

*Your hair team will also be wearing a face shield and/or mask at all times.

*If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, however mild, we ask that you inform us beforehand so that your appointment can be rescheduled

If we travel to you:

*We will wash and sanitise our hands on arrival. 

*Please sanitise our work area beforehand.

*We request that you ask friends and family members to stay away from the workspace until we have finished.

*We will be wearing a face mask and/or visor at all times.

*All equipment will be fully sanitised ready for your appointment.

The hair and beauty industry is a very intimate and friendly one however, things may feel a little different in the beginning as we adjust to keep you safe so please bear with us during this time.
